Dell Vostro 3550. Windows 10 users should have this issue less going forward, but it still happens on occasion. Clearly shows I'm a new user, sorry if I've caused any confusion. Got stuck with the flickering screen!!! I put it off all the time hoping that Microsoft would solve all the problems.. Anyway it took 3 days to install win 10 because I don't leave my PC turned on.
