Could the "System Thread Exception Not Handled", which suggests that the driver are incompatible, may have resulted in hardware failure? It was a freaking nightmare. What other issues are you having? That I can't access all my OneDrive files any more or import photos from my Nikon D60 is quite annoying as well. I would not worry about compatibility because you can just update drivers that were released for 8.1 and they should work on 10. Post anonymously or register for greater privileges.

It appears that the Paragon s/w did something in the boot procedure that caused W10's reboot not to work. I'm having similar issues with a Samsung SSD which I used in conjunction with Paragon Migrate...and in a Del XPS 9000 (435).
